Sending your file
Make sure it is in pdf format before you send it and always proof your job before printing.
Click here for our full list of operating systems and application programs.
To accurately transfer your files to our printers and to avoid any font substitution include all logos, image files, scans and fonts (including those used in EPS files).
Colour matching
Digital printing relies on the use of four Colours (CMYK) to produce all colours as opposed to your computer screen which only uses three (RGB). This means not all Pantone (PMS) colours are available.
-
Convert all PMS colours to 4 colour process
-
Save all scans and colour images as CMYK
-
Avoid using duotones, indexed colour or RGB.
-
Hard copy proofs are always available
Accepted files
High resolution PDF is our preferred file format. We also accept: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Quark Xpress, Microsoft Word.
Bleed
Please ensure there is 3mm bleed around all artwork.
Fonts
Fonts must be fully embedded in the PDF or included with the digital file.
Delivering files
Files can be either e-mailed, uploaded to our secure or non secure FTP site or uploaded to our digital storefront. We will always accept CD or DVD’s should this be your preferred alternative.

Mock ups
Where your job may be more detailed we can work with you to construct your mock up. If you have special folding or other instructions a mock up can avoid confusion during production.
